In the early morning, mists rising from the streams catch the first rays of dawn illuminating the forest floor in warm, soft light. If you like to shoot wildflowers or wildlife, landscapes or waterfalls, or all of the above, Glacier National Park has something special for you.
In this Discovery Series Workshop we will explore many of the picturesque areas on both the east and west side the park. Places like Avalanche Creek, Lake McDonald, St. Mary Lake, Swiftcurrent Lake, Apikuni Falls, Appistoki Falls, Aster Falls, Two Medicine Lake and Paradise Point are all wonderful photographic possibilities.
Physical Difficulty: Easy to Moderate.
This workshop is appropriate for photographers of average fitness levels. During the course of each day of the workshop we will walk, on average 3k - 7k (2 - 4 mi).
