Proper and prudent Social Distancing will be always maintained during the workshops.
We follow the current CDC guidelines for the prevention of viral transmission in respect to the COVID-19 virus. These guidelines can be found here:

We do not require workshop attendees to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, we do however strongly recommend the vaccination.
In order to help protect all workshop attendees we suggest everyone take a rapid test if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms
All staff at James Neihouse Photography Workshops are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
In some instances, workshop locations may require that you bring proof of negative COVID-19 test regardless of vaccination status. We will let you know if this is the case.
Vaccination and testing requirements vary between countries, we will inform you of any specific requirements for your workshop location. It will be your sole responsibility to comply with those requirements.
International travelers returning to the United States are no longer required to provide proof of a negative COVID test in order to re-enter the United States.
Local guidelines and rules regarding COVID-19 will be adhered to, however CDC guidance will be followed where there is a conflict.
Regular use of hand sanitizer is always encouraged. James Neihouse Photography Workshops will always have sanitizer available for your convenience.
Your instructor will always use hand sanitizer before handling your equipment.
Vehicles will be cleaned daily. High touch areas will be cleaned on an on-going basis throughout the day.
As is usual with our workshops you will be in a single room, so you don’t have to worry about sharing accommodations with anyone. You will be informed well in advance if this will not be possible. In some workshops, double room occupancy is the only option, this will be noted in the workshop description.
Indoor group activities, such as meals, critiques and classroom instruction will be in a room where proper social distancing will be possible.
Vehicle occupancy will be as low as practical.
Masks are not required when traveling in workshop vehicles, but are highly recommended.
Vehicles will be cleaned daily. High touch areas will be cleaned on an on-going basis throughout the day.
Anyone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 will be immediately isolated from the group and transported to a medical facility for testing, and if necessary, removed from the workshop.
In the event of a COVID-19 infection in the group the workshop may be terminated at our sole discretion.
We strongly suggest obtaining Travel Insurance to protect your workshop investment.
