THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP REGISTRATION PAGE
If you choose to PAY IN FULL at time of registration:
You may cancel anytime up to 90 days prior to the workshop date* and receive a refund of your workshop fee LESS a $100.00 or %5, whichever is greater, service/bank fee.
If you cancel between 90 to 31 days prior to the workshop date* you will be refunded 50% of the class cost.**
There will be NO REFUNDS within 30 days of the beginning of the workshop.**
If you choose the DEPOSIT option at registration:
The balance of the workshop payment must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the workshop date*. You will receive an invoice for the balance 30 days prior to the due date. If you fail to pay the balance due by 30 days prior to the workshop date* your deposit shall be forfeited.
You may cancel anytime up to 90 days prior to the workshop date* and receive a refund of your deposit LESS a $50.00 or 5% service/bank fee, whichever is greater.
If you cancel between 90 to 31 days prior to the workshop date* you will be refunded 50% of the amount paid to date.**
There will be NO REFUNDS within 30 days of the beginning of the workshop.**

*Workshop date is the first day of the advertised workshop schedule.
**After the cutoff date a refund, less stated service/bank fees, will be considered only if a replacement student is found. We do maintain a waiting list when classes fill up, but this does not guarantee your slot will be filled. Ultimately it will be your responsibility to replace yourself in this case.
